Am I stupid? Do I like punishment? Do I like pushing myself into things that interest me in an effort to help the SCA? Hmmm, I guess the answer to all three would be; Yes.

Sveinn inn kyrri Grimsson is now working for the Lochac College of Heralds… I’m now Ordinance Pursuivant, which sounds cool… yet another title to add to my growing list of titles… Speaking of which…

It has been commented on by others that I have been collecting titles of late… This is true… Why? Because I can… Any underhanded reason for it? Well, as you ask, yes, there is kind of. Titles mean very little to me, but they can be fun to play with. This is a game after all, and games are for playing, for entertainment… It amuses me to aquire fun little titles, the most fun ones are those that mean nothing and that I give to myself… So who am I?

I am Lord Sveinn inn kyrri Grimsson, Rowany Master of Webs, Ordinance Pursuivant, 42nd Winged Monkey of Fitz, Canon Lacky, Collector of meaningless titles and Drakkar novice. And I am proud of who I am. ;)

  1. As you’re now a deputy to His Eminence William Cardinal Crux, you are now an Archbishop, Your Grace! Also, I don’t like the use of the word “Lackey” in reference to the unofficial Canon Herald deputies; I prefer “Fodder”. (Although strictly speaking you’re an unofficial Mortar deputy, since I’m no longer Canon; that makes you a member of the Mortar Board, naturally.)

  2. I noticed- well, well! :) I admire your broadly spread capacities and tenacity. Congrats. (Is that appropriate? ^^)

    (OT. Yay! Home tomorrow.)

  3. I see you have been looking forward to getting home… :) And Lol at the Pic… Is that specifically for Del? ;)

  4. Ahhh… The Mortar Board hey? Isn’t that cross religious? Mortar boards were traditionally used by Masons were they not? Does that make make me part Archbishop, and part Mason? Oh the insanity! I like it. ;)

  5. LOL… No, I don’t think I’m that bad. ;) I have an easy going job where there is NO stress. ;) At least I don’t think there’s stress… when my brain goes POP, and dribbles out my ears I may have to rethink that. ;)
