That was one out the box I think - I paid only about $65 and $10 postage - it retails in Denmark for 400DKK ($100) and I could not get it much cheaper than $80 anywhere. But I recently referred someone else to PJ Dogan for the same book, so you never know; they might have placed an order for a few copies. I got Woven into the Earth from PJ Dogan, Uralla, NSW.
