ShelleyTheRepublican.com: Comic genius or Raving lunatic?

The Artical in Question: ShelleyTheRepublican.com: Linux: A European threat to our computers (by Tristan)

A friend messaged me this link last night, and after wasting almost 2 hours laughing, I came to the conclusion that Shelley, and Tristan must be having us all on… Surely they can’t be serious? It has to be a joke doesn’t it?

Others I have talked to seem to think they believe this stuff, that they are deadly serious and this nonsense that are releasing onto the unsuspecting world they believe with undieing devotion.

Personally, I think they MUST be having us all on… And that they are sitting there behind their computers laughing at the internet community as a whole as they debate the validity of comic genius, or total bleeping moronic stupidity.

Either way, I’m guessing Shelley’s making a fortune from the advertising on her site, and if she isn’t, then I guess that ends the argument, and validates the stupidity of some people.

I’m hoping for your opinions in comments on this one… Are they having us all on? Is it a joke of monumentus preportions? Or do you think they are serious.

  1. Considering the stupidity of the article and the childish retorics used my first intention was to believe it ‘s just a very clever joke. Having read the other blogs on her website I came to the shocking conclusion that she actually believes what she’s writing. All her blogs are rambling on about communists, america, god, terrorists and how evil everyone else is in the world. It’s hardly believable that someone would do that all just for a laugh, and doing it over and over would not be very original as a comedian I suppose. I actually hoped this to be a joke but looks like it’s not.

  2. So Shelley, three years down the track, how is the campaign going for you then? I have now noticed that you have removed the original article, was this due to the amount of traffic it was generating?
